    • Thank you for informing us about any arrival after 8 pm

    Rates indicated on the site are calculated per night for a casita (privative bungalow) for one or two persons and do not include the 13% government tax. The continental breakfast is included. We don't have hotel catering.

    There will be a charge of $ 15 per night plus tax for each additional bed within the limits of the possibilities of accommodation of the casita.

    Reservation

    In order to confirm your reservation you will be required to make a deposit by transfer (banking or Paypal) equivalent to:
    - 30% of the total duration of your stay
    - 50% of the total duration of your stay for the weeks of Christmas and New Year.

    The balance of your reservation will be payable upon your arrival in cash.
    Please note that TACACORI EcoLodge does not accept for the moment credit card payment but that there is numerous ATM's in Alajuela.

    IMPORTANT
    Your reservation will be guaranteed only from the reception of your deposit. Looking forward to your payment, we reserve rooms concerned for 48 hours, spent this deadline and without payment of your part, they are automatically considered as again available.

    Cancellation and No-Show Policy

    We are a small B&B and any change to an existing reservation will have an affect on the reservation of other potential guests who would like to stay with us. For this reason you will be partially or totally financially responsible (see below) for any changes to your reservation, late (next day) arrival, no-shows or early check-outs.

  • More than 30 days notice: Full refund of deposit less 10% handling fee.

  • 30-15 days notice: Guests must pay 50% of total nights reserved.

  • 14-8 days notice: Guests must pay 75% of total nights reserved.

  • Less than 7 days notice or No-Show: Guests must pay 100% of total nights reserved.
